The Plan

We will consider a person’s disability when communicating with them.
We welcome assistive devices, like wheelchairs, walkers and oxygen tanks
We welcome service animals in public spaces, but excluding places where it is illegal due to Health Regulations. (For example, service animals will be allowed in the dining room but not the kitchen.)
We welcome support persons. Support persons are welcome to purchase meals but are not required to.
We will let guests know when accessible services aren’t available.

We will make this plan available to our guests on our website as well as in print. Large print will be available upon request. We also would be happy to read the plan upon request.
We will train our staff on accessible customer service at their orientation upon hire and update their knowledge as needed.
We will review the accessible customer service training at our yearly November staff meeting.
We will report our progress on-line.
